Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- As Strategic Topic Lead “Healthineers Identity” within the agile corporate newsroom Content Lab, you are responsible for multi-stakeholder communication activities (English/German) around “Healthineers Identity” – the culture of Siemens Healthineers. This covers topics from diversity, equity, and inclusion, the company’s purpose and values to workplace culture. You support the creation and implementation of the employer branding strategy for Siemens Healthineers with the goal to position Siemens Healthineers as an employer of choice globally
- You are Communications Business Partner to the global Human Resources (HR) organization of Siemens Healthineers including the Chief Human Resources Officer (Managing Board Member). In this role, you consult the HR management in global communication matters, develop communication strategies for their global focus topics, implement defined activities and measure their success
- You are the functional lead of the Content Lab Topic Team “Healthineers Identity”. For this Topic Team, you define the strategy and the implementation roadmap of activities for all relevant stakeholders, derived from the overall strategic topic planning. As a Strategic Topic Lead, you develop and implement holistic communication concepts for company-wide topics that are tailored to the needs of your audiences and meet the defined goals. You prioritize and align campaigns and activities to ensure consistent, overarching storytelling
- You collaborate closely with the Chief Editors and Leads of the other Topic Teams to strategically plan, create and evaluate corporate communication activities across the Content Lab to support the positioning of Siemens Healthineers to a multi-stakeholder audience
- You work closely with stakeholders in the global communication community as well as outside of Corporate Communications, such as Board Office, Sustainability Office, or Real Estate

Your qualifications and experience:
- You hold a university degree in communications, journalism, marketing or in a related area
- You have many years of professional experience in an editorial role and in multimedia storytelling for global internal and external audiences
- You have a proven record in strategic planning of global communication activities
- You have been working in complex organizations and have proven to successfully consult high-level stakeholders and management teams up to Managing Board Members
- You are experienced in communicating culture and people-related topics, for example diversity, equity and inclusion campaigns, rollout of company values, or global Human Resources initiatives. Ideally, you have worked in employer branding
- Experience in leading teams is considered an advantage
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office and content management platforms
- Research and monitoring of topics, trends, and good practices in communications are part of your professional expertise

- You think strategically and, at the same time, take the initiative to translate complex topics into content that is inspiring and relevant to our audiences
- You are a creative mind, continuously learn and are highly motivated to deliver high-quality working results
- You have strong project management and organizational skills, work outcome-oriented and have excellent oral and written communication skills
- You have fluent command of the English language; good German language skills are considered an advantage
