From AC & DC charging infrastructure, connected services, digital charging software & services (driver, station, depot, enterprise & fleets), to smart charging & fleet management, charging operations for fleets and ship-to-shore power supply. 


What part will you play?
  • You are responsible for several regional companies as commercial headquarter counterpart by supporting them with organizational processes, pricing strategies, preparation of calculations and being their main point of contact at headquarters for any queries from commercial point of view. 
  • Your main task is the sales controlling for your dedicated regions ensuring that the regional business is in line with the overall eMobility business strategy including the monthly business review meetings, monthly forecast and yearly budget planning process as well as the evaluation of any deviations 
  • You support sales at the headquarters and regions regarding the acquisition of new opportunities including optimization of offers based on the most economical business model (e.g. Consortium, NCM …) and you intensively contribute to the smoothest possible preparation of the Siemens internal LoA process 
  • You are the point of contact for the sales colleagues with regard to any commercial business topics for your dedicated regions and key account managers (e.g. customs duties, bonds, guarantees, terms of payment, currency hedging, price guidance, export control, compliance…) with support by the specialist departments 
  • Together with the sales colleagues, you are responsible for the structuring and negotiation of complex offers and customer contracts with global key accounts including the pragmatic review and commenting of contracts in the quotation process, ensuring the minimization of risks with consideration of the respective customer needs 
  • You like to take on on-top special tasks such as the development, implementation and optimization of eMobility specific commercial processes 
What you need to make real what matters.
  • You have a masters degree in business administration with a longterm professional experience
  • You have gathered profound experience in commercial sales, project management and sales controlling for product, system, Saas and project business within Siemens and are able to independently perform all relevant Siemens internal processes (e.g. LoA process). 
  • What distinguishes you is your very high level of communication skills, analytical skills, team orientation, resilience as well as intercultural sensitivity. 
  • You are committed and highly flexible and have already successfully proven your independent and results-oriented way of working with a strong growth mindset. 
  • You have proven experience in all relevant Programs and Tools such as SAP, BA-Dash, SMART Reporting, Power BI and others. Ideally you have a certification as Commercial Project Manager acc. to PM@Siemens. 
  • You have fluent English skills and at least medium German skills. Mastery of further languages spoken in your dedicated regions rounds up your profile.
