Job description

We are looking for a person that have interest to take challenges proactively and collaborate as one team with our customers looking to find innovative credit recommendations that have an impact in the Siemens Business.

This position requires financial basic financial project management knowledge, analysis skills, good communication English  skills and be able to defend your ideas in an international environment be an emphatic person that allow you to expand your network across all the Siemens Companies in the region and abroad. Also needs to have good discipline and a structure way of work that allow to meet the deadlines and the internal guide lines and internal controls.

You will have the opportunity to learn and understand the different business models and proactively exchange recommendations with the management of each company.

Areas of responsibility 

  • Support to CPM’s in a different countries for different projects
  • Projects Registration and controlling in SAP. 
  • Generate projects invoices and assure to have the proper documentation.
  • Process guaranties and project insurances
  • Follow up of customs expenses.
  • Weekly maintenance of clearing accounts
  • Support to CPM’s with the CCM’s documents control
  • Follow up of deferred incomes.
  • Monthly update of the current project cost
  • SAP Plan cost update when it’s required.
  • Monthly activation of project related expenses (Hours, travels, Car, Rentals, IT)
  • Project closing clean up
  • Project vendors invoices follow up
  • Support in audits

Skills and Competencies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Advance English level
  • Analytical, with the ability to solve problems and make decisions.
  • Follow up on tasks and accomplish with the committed times, being able to respond to external demands while continuing to accomplish with the deliverables in charge.
  • Troubleshooting, ensuring the problem is fully understood, gathering information, and identifying the root cause.
  • Collaborate and work together with the business units looking for and generating added value to day-to-day activities.
  • Make sure you know, understand, and accomplish with current company policies and processes.
  • Demonstrate skills to listen effectively and actively by interacting successfully in individual or group situations.
  • Capacity and responsibility for the fulfillment of objectives and goals.

Additional requirements

  • Administrative Economic Career,  Administration, Accounting, Finance or related.
  • Knowledge in SAP, Excel, Microsoft Office
