You’ll make an impact by
Manage the project throughout the project Life Cycle
- Drives the review and evaluation of the contract conditions incl. all attachments, ensures examination by Legal and compliance
- Review calculation and quotation from commercial point of view
- Finalize contract conditions and prepare contracts
- Implement contract obligations in SAP and other databases
- Supports the PM in identifying, evaluating, assessing risks & opportunities, strategies and response activities
- Coordinate all contract obligations (deliveries/services/applications/etc.) with the service team;
- Control cost during contract execution and ensure to achieve gross margin;
- Ensure correct booking of OI/revenue/cost of all contracts.
- Compile all supporting documents related to the contracts.
- Checking the currency clause that occurs
- Handle customer’s enquiry call and gather information for support customers per requested
Cash management, including but not limited to:
- Correctly and timely bill invoices along with VAT Slip creation;
- Act as the Credit Administrator to follow up accounts receivable
- Contact customers for outstanding invoices, prepare collection arrangement and final account
- Handle the settlement process of AR
- Prepare monthly AR report and overdue status
- Closely follow-up all month-end/quarter-end/year-end commercial activities.
- Ad-hoc task (if needed)
You’d describe yourself as
- Bachelor Degree in Finance & Accounting
- Having related professional experience min. 2-3 years
- English Proficiencies
- Computer literacies (MS. Office)
- SAP FIN knowledge / skills will be an advantage
- Good Communication skills
