This is a rolewell suited for a highly motivated student looking to build their skill set andgain hands-on experience. As CommercialProduct Testing Lab Scientist Intern, you will be responsiblefor:

  • Review data and assay performance from newsystem Test Definitions on both new and legacy analyzer platforms.
  • Troubleshoot instrumentation for failures andperform system maintenance as required.
  • Work closely with the technical team to ensurenew definitions perform as expected.
  • Createdata visualizations to share test results or other analytical information withthe technical team.
  • Perform tasks to qualify / validate / maintainanalytical analyzers.
  • Prepare for and attend Commercial ProductTesting meetings.
  • Complete all job, safety and quality systemtraining.
  • Perform additional R&D study protocols, andother duties as required by Commercial Product Testing Management.

Required skills and education to have for thesuccess of this role:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program, majoring in Biology, Chemistry, Life Science or related field (minimum rising junior preferred)
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA (preferred)

Start Date: Summer 2024

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $36.00hourly; however, base pay offered may vary depending on education, skills, andexperience. Siemens Healthineers offers interns paid time off.
