Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Cost Management: Oversee and manage the cost of operations within Customer Service (CS) department, primarily focusing on Accounts Payable (AP) activities.
  • Invoice Processing and Control: Handle the booking and control of all third-party invoices received for CS department. This involves verifying invoice accuracy, ensuring payments terms, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Inventory Management: Administer and maintain CS stock on SAP.
  • Performance and Inventory Reporting: Generate comprehensive monthly performance and inventory reports for management.

Your qualifications and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance & accounting.
  • Strong accounting and financial principles.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in related business.
  • Expertise in Accounts Payable processes and procedures
  • Experience with using SAP is “preferred”.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent language, communication and interpersonal skills.
