What is the format of the internship?



·  Location Doha (Qatar) , duration: April 2020 – October 2020
·  The internship is full time basis from Sunday to Thursday, 40 hours per week
·  Part time basis – minimum 20 hours per week – may be considered for the right candidate
·  The monthly stipend during the program is QAR 4,000 (pro-rated for part time)
·  It is required for the candidate to be under student or parent/spouse sponsored visa valid for the duration of the internship
·  It is required to have the student status when starting the internship, or graduated within the last 6 months

What are the main responsibilities?

·  Customer order receipt, Order confirmation issuing, Purchase order placing and tracking, order modifications and cancellation, Delivery note and Billing creation
·  Initiates invoicing according to project progress and contractual terms
·  Payments follow up with customers.
·  Managed Time Sheets and Productivity reports per Employee / Project
·  Supports Procurement & Logistics,
·  Documentation of commercial records.
·  Manage the GR/IR and workflow processes for the business to ensure aged items are minimal.
·  Business communication with internal department and external customer.

What are the minimum requirements?

·  University Graduated or Students
·  Preferred Majors are Accounting / Economics
·  English knowledge- advanced;
·  MS Office is a must;
·  Knowledge of commercial topics;
