Then come and join our global team as a Headquarters Clinical Education Specialist (f/m/d) for Syngo Multi-Modality Imaging IT to support our customers and application specialists worldwide in the introduction and use of our unique PACS solution Syngo Carbon, including Advanced Visualization, Reporting and eHealth.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will be primarily responsible for coordinating and delivering global (on-site and/or virtual) clinical customer training for Syngo Carbon Enterprise Imaging and Reporting – including advanced multimodality post-processing applications
  • You will customize the applications to adapt to the customer workflow and requirements
  • You support tender sales process by understanding the customer requirements, preparing, and performing tender demonstrations at customer sites in Germany and abroad and provide feedback to the product management team on tender requirements
  • You coordinate with your technical implementation colleagues regarding application topics during the project management milestones for the implementation of our Digital and Automation portfolio at customer sites
  • On request, you can also support customer demonstrations at congresses, in the Siemens Healthineers Experience Center, virtually, or at reference/customer locations
  • On request, you will participate in the product development process as a system tester or in the development of e-learning materials

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have a master’s degree in medical technology or comparable
  • You have several years of clinical experience with modern imaging systems and data management software, including PACS, HIS, RIS, Reporting using Speech Recognition tools and Reading & Advanced Visualization solutions
  • We also welcome applicants with a bachelor’s degree or completed vocational training and further training as an MTR in conjunction with additional professional experience in this field
  • Multimodal data paths like CT/MR/ Angio, is a great advantage. Knowledge of other imaging system vendors and experience with Siemens Healthineers routines using our products like syngo.plaza, syngo.share, syngoCarbon and/or syngo.via Reading and Advanced Visualization solutions is an added advantage
  • With the clinical experience you are able to describe workflow in clinical departments independently and efficiently
  • Knowledge with DICOM, HL7 and IT in healthcare is an advantage


Your attributes and skills:

  • To communicate with international clients, business partners and colleagues and to develop innovative, future-oriented training strategies, you speak German and English fluently. Other European languages  and/or Chinese are an advantage
  • Your planning and organizational skills as well as your social skills form the basis for your willingness to travel and work in an international team
  • You have excellent communication skills and a strong presentation and trainer knowledge that rounds off your strong profile
  • We are passionate about what we do. That's why you like to work independently and in a team, maintain open, binding communication and are experienced in dealing with de-escalation of conflict situations
  • You are interested in technology and new technological and medical trends to translate them into new innovative training concepts
  • (International) business trips (up to 30%) are a welcome change for you
