About the job 
The Client Success team ensures our 13,000+ global clients are delighted with their solutions and services, realizing value and achieving desired business outcomes.   
As a Client Success Intern, you will own career-building projects to drive value to our clients. Ideal candidates have strong interest in learning the software industry, the ability to thrive in a dynamic organization, and a passion for excellent client services.  

Interns will start in late May 2024 and are approved to stay until August 31, 2024. 


What you’ll be doing 
You will be reaching out to clients to perform exit survey follow-up conversations, host focus groups to collect lagging and leading indicator client sentiment data, and analyze data collected during these exercises to incorporate into our revamped Voice of the Customer program.

The pay rate for this position is $20/hr. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.

What you need to have:  
  • Undergraduate student with at least one year completed towards a Bachelor's degree
  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, or General Studies/Liberal Arts 
  • Customer service or customer relations experience 
  • Curiosity for metrics and data-driven decisions 
  • Passion for learning new concepts 
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong organizational, time management ability 
  • Desire to thrive in fast-paced professional environment 
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
