What are my responsibilities?

Manage various tasks of the continuous improvement process (CIP) at the plant

·
Coordinate and administrate the internal CIP tool

·
Train and actively support the employees during their CIP and Kaizen projects

·
Prepare reports according to the processes

·
Continuously check the shop floor to find the possible Lean/ 5S development opportunities

What do I need to qualify for this job?

·
BSc or MSc in engineering

·
Fluent English and/or German knowledge is essential

·
Advanced knowledge of SAP system

·
1-3 years experience of production planning or production related tasks (material logistics)

·
Knowledge of continuous improvement production systems

·
Enthusiastic team player, experienced in communicating with global partners

·
Ability to multi-task and handle multiple assignments simultaneously, while focusing on quality

·
Excellent soft skills for training and motivate colleagues

·
High energy, creativity and proactive attitude
