As a CandidateExperience Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the candidateexperience for all talent. Working closely with your dedicated recruiters,you'll be instrumental in providing meticulous planning, clear communication,and seamless logistical support for interviews (phone, video, and in-person),background screenings, and new hire processes at Siemens plc UK. Collaboratingclosely with the Talent Acquisition Recruitment team, you'll ensure thatcandidate interactions are smooth, recruitment services are executed withexpertise, information is accurate, and the expectations of our hiring teamsare consistently met throughout the recruitment and hiring lifecycle.

You’ll makea difference by:

  • Manage the interview scheduling process with candidates, hiring managers, and talent acquisition team.
  • Support the pre-boarding and on-boarding processes.
  • Ensure necessary on-boarding documentation is complete, accurate, and processed to support the set-up of new employees.
  • Process and monitor background check requests.
  • Interact with candidates, recruiters, HR, and hiring managers, to assist and resolve questions/challenges they may have during the recruiting and on-boarding process. 
  • Manage candidate data and process progression by updating the applicant tracking system (ATS). Provide first level applicant tracking system support.
  • Partner with Global Mobility to support the visa process.
  • Facilitate professional and constant communication with all stakeholders involved in the recruiting process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, leadership, and department heads, to champion employee experience initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide support for employee communication efforts, including drafting newsletters, intranet content, and announcements to keep new starters informed and engaged.
  • Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and resources related to employee experience.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the Head of Talent Acquisition
