In your new role you will lead our strategic growth in the industrial fire safety area and you will be part of the Business Segment management team.

Your responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities in fast growing industrial fire safety market. Provide insightful recommendations for growth
  • Propose new market offerings (applications) based on existing and future product portfolio strategy with the help of our application design team
  • Create and execute a customer-centric growth and go-to-market strategy for our new fire safety business opportunities together with Business Unit Sales organization
  • Cultivate strong relationship with customers of defined vertical markets and develop pilot projects with the help of our system engineering group
  • Identify and prepare content for developing new Partners based on the BP Partner Framework together with Sales
  • Understand fire specific market and competitive landscape in key regions including investment cycles, purchasing behavior, customer segments, G2M concepts, and value propositions for applications

Your skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher education in engineering or a comparable qualification, ideally combined with a further education in business studies
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
  • Strong experience in managing innovation driven growth initiatives allows you to create impact and shape the business
  • Proven track record to work within an international and matrix environment, and working with virtual teams 
  • Good understanding of the fire safety industry is a plus
  • Good communication and presentation skills and strong international collaboration & leadership proficiencies are essential in this role
  • Proficient in English. German and any other European language is a plus
