What will you do?
- Support the Business Development teams across Canada to drive business unit specific initiatives, close out key push projects.
- Generate new business by driving strategies to secure target clients while using all available sales resources to produce optimal results.
- Understanding the scope of the customer requirements and propose the solution which provides business benefits to customer with respect to efficiency, productivity & reliability improvements. Also, help quotation team to explain customer’s requirements, additional scope of supply to create the specification documents, proposals, quotations of Factory Automation & Motion Control
- Understand the value-added services that are vital for establishing partnerships with our clients to better understand their needs while providing them with a technical advisory solution. The incumbent shall surpass the expectations of its clients and perform with a sense of urgency
- Conduct market analysis to assist the team developing high results measures.
- Work actively with marketing teams to develop and drive content of platforms.
- Regularly maintain the customer opportunities into customer relationship management system tool.
What will you need to succeed?
- New graduate from a university program in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Graduated from post-secondary within the last 12 months.
- Above average study performance (Accumulative average > 2.5 (B-)). Transcripts to be provided upon request.
- Application knowledge on PLC’s, VFD’s, Software and other automation & drives solutions.
- Good understanding of industrial systems along with their applications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage time and resources as well as work within a team environment is essential for success in this role
