We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Developer to join our Smart Infrastructure team. Based in our Bayswater, Victorian office, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work within an area of the Siemens business that has enormous market potential.

Reporting to the Country Business Unit Lead for LV Products, the Business Developer will be required to visit End User, EPC and Consulting Engineers to develop business opportunities in Victoria and Tasmania and later expanding into South Australia . The purpose of the role is to provide insight and best practice technical assistance to the customers around the Siemens LV portfolios in supporting their technical and commercial drivers to deliver projects, whilst having the Siemens LV portfolio specified.

In order to be considered for this opportunity you will have the following:
• Technical understanding of LV systems and solutions for:-
- Electrical Power Distribution Systems, and
- Motor Control Centre's & Drives.
• A demonstratable track record in Business Development or Sales within the LV space.
• A technical qualification, above Associate Diploma of Electrical Engineering

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and engaged individual who has a specialization in LV systems and solutions, with the ability to communicate, present and provide sound technical assistance to external customers. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to specify systems or solutions to EPC's, Consulting Engineers and End User Specifiers, and will be comfortable working as part of a highly motivated project execution team, ideally having an in depth knowledge of the VIC, TAS and SA construction market place.
