What will you do?

Siemens Smart Infrastructure is currently searching for a dynamic sales excellence professional. This is a strategic role, and the ideal candidate will be an MBA graduate with at least 3 years of professional experience in a sales excellence, sales operations, or similar role. Contract position from April 01, 2024 to December 26, 2025. 

You will make an impact with the following responsibilities:

  • Serve as a Salesforce / CRM subject matter expert:
    • Promote competent use of the CRM system by our users, through trainings and best practices sharing.
    • Support sales teams through the design, testing, and adoption of analytical reports and dashboards including KPIs on sales rep performance, funnel volume and quality, and sales results.
    • Manage and monitor leads and opportunities.
    • Ensure CRM system data quality by maintaining data discipline and driving rectification initiatives.
    • Work with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure strategic usage and development of the application.
  • Collaborate with marketing, business development and sales teams to ensure alignment and a seamless customer experience.
  • Project manage various sales initiatives related to sales transformation.
  • Drive extended usage of sales efficiency tools such as Bombora, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce Sales Engagement, Outreach, etc.
  • Administrate users of bidding platforms.
  • Coordinate Market Intelligence processes:
    • Ensure a consistent view on the market and its development.
    • Manage data for Smart Infrastructure
    • Administrate user permissions for the tool.
  • Coordinate customer feedback processes:
    • Ensure quantity and quality of sample size.
    • Support survey processes.
    • Analyze results.
  • Support Head of Sales to drive strategy implementation.
  • Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for sales management including MI, NPS, Sales initiatives, Sales analysis.
  • Participate in market development activities: customers events, trade fairs, conferences and workshops.
  • Support Sales teams as required.

What Will You Need To Succeed?

  • MBA or equivalent education in Sales, Strategy or Marketing.
  • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in a sales excellence, sales operations, sales administration, account management office or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, strategies, and Salesforce / CRM systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially MS-Power Point, and MS-Excel.
  • Ability to read and understand complex data and convert it into meaningful information/analysis.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Effective spoken and written, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
