Job description
• Take commercial responsibility in project execution in line with PM at Siemens Guidelines and in order execution.
• Maintain conformity of a project with commercial rules, standards and related law.
• Classify and control project and/or order costs, execute cost analysis with PM.
• Prepare and present project commercial data for commercial and financial audit purposes.
• Manage all project insurances as well as currency risks and opportunities of the project.
• Manage L/C procedures with customers, banks and respective Siemens departments (i.e. Treasury).
• Follow-up guarantees, bonds, accruals, accounting documents and all receivables.
• Takes part in / supports in financial analysis, planning and controlling activities and all related business administration activities for projects and orders, provides reports, analyses and proposes measures if necessary.
• Takes part in / supports all finance related operations during monthly, quarterly and yearly closing activities and resulting in proper accounting, forecasting and financial reporting of BU’s KPI’s.
• Conducts cost center analyses and reports to management.
• Takes part in hedging processes.

• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
