We are searching for a Project Business Administration Analyst on a 1 year fixed term contract.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Senior Management Support: Assists Senior Business Analyst or Business Unit (BU) Management by providing information and proposing measures related to Finance and Business Administration.
- Policy Implementation: Supports the implementation of financial and business administration policies, standards, and procedures within the assigned organizational unit.
- Financial Analysis and Planning: Conducts financial analysis, planning, controlling activities, and other related business administration tasks.
- Consolidation and Reporting: Manages the consolidation of accounting, financial reporting, and other finance-related operations, including Profit and Loss (P&L) reporting and Balance Sheet.
- Treasury and Tax Management: Supports effective treasury management, optimized capital financing structure, and ensures compliance with tax regulations.
- Contract Management: Assists in supplier and/or customer contracts to ensure compliant and standardized contract management.
- Bid and Tender Support: Aids in the analysis of capital expenditure proposals and contributes to the preparation of complex bids or tenders for project business, including Commercial Letters of Acceptance (LoA). Manages order management and project execution business administration activities, including order booking, cost and margin planning, accrual validity, and cash collection.
You excel in:
- Candidates must be a graduate of Accounting, Business Administration or any business related courses.
- Knowledge in MS Office applications is required.
- Knowledge in ERP systems; knowledge in SAP is an advantage.
