Our Branch Administrative/Team Assistants provide administrative support to the Branch General Manager, as well as Sales Management. As an integral part of our team, you will be ensuring seamless departmental operations and effective communication, while managing confidential materials and making independent decisions. Why is this role important? Your contributions are critical to the success of our branch and directly impact our organization, which is why your confidence, meticulous organization, and take-charge attitude is paramount to our success. 

 

As a Branch Administrative/Team Assistant, you will:  

  • Create, proofread, and edit a range of documents, including reports, articles, and proposals, ensuring clarity and accuracy 
  • Organize and manage branch leadership activities, including meetings, presentations, and events 
  • Handle communications by receiving, screening, and routing incoming calls and correspondence, while also maintaining a calendar, scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings 
  • Manage the department's record-keeping system, ensuring compliance with company policies and evaluating information release requests 
  • Monitor and manage office and departmental supplies, initiating purchase orders as necessary, and focusing on optimizing branch operating costs 
  • Exercise independent judgment, multitask, and maintain a keen attention to detail  

 

You will make an impact with these qualifications:  

 

Basic Qualifications:  

  • High School degree or state-recognized GED 
  • 1 or more years of administrative support  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Experience supporting a sales team

  • The pay range for this position is  $32,480 –  $55,680. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
