Overview of the role

BMS Project Engineer, jobs to include: estimating, designing, tracking, testing, commissioning, programming and customer acceptance. Positions are open on (Jiddah)

What are my responsibilities?

· Designs, plans, and handles testing, commissioning, software programming and supervision on site for Siemens Integrated Security System based on project plan, specifications, and contract documents.
· Analyses plans, specifications, and contract to determine project requirements.
· Prepares submittals containing schematics, descriptions and technical literature as required. Maintains current design documents throughout project duration.
· Prepares engineering re-estimate reports and minimizes report variances.
· Be aware of all kinds of risks and their controls in your work environment.
· Be a part of site EHS inspections, hazard/ risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures.
· Immediately inform the site EHS officer/site manager of any additional EHS risks.
Stop the work if any unsafe conditions are identified.
· Thorough commissioning knowledge of Siemens BMS, Xwork Plus & Desigo CC, is an add point
· Thorough HVAC Experince and Sequence of preratation for BMS
· Thorough Expert experince in Technical submittals preperation, method of statement, complince statement and maintenace manuals
· Thorough Ex[eronce in IO point summery, materials selection with value engineering
· With logical knowledge in software development on any programming language
· Netwrok and MS office bacakge knwoledge is a must

What do I need to qualify for this job?

· Mechanical or Electrical Engineering University Degree
· Minimum 5 years experience insame function
· Trainings on Building Management Systems, Siemens specific BMS systems knowledge a plus.
· Knowledge of project management process
