We have an opening for a Bilingual (English/French) Billing Coordinator to join our team. This will be a contract role to start. The opportunity to convert to a regular full-time position will be reviewed after 6 months. Your prior billing and invoicing experience, along with your ability to work in a fast paced environment, will add to your success in this role!

What will you do?

·  Responsible for creating and mailing invoices including insurance certificates and statutory declarations
·  Create billing in a precise and correct manner
·  Record the billing data in the computer software using SAP
·  Attend to queries and questions of the branches and staff members from the Collections Team
·  Responsible for improving the billing process of the organization by providing various recommendations and advises related to the processes and regulations of the billing department

What will you need to succeed?

·  Billing experience in construction industry
·  SAP systems Knowledge
·  Basic accounting skills
·  Exceptional communication skills in both French and English
·  Assets: previous experience with WSIB, Statutory Declarations, and insurance certificates
