Backend Software Engineer

Digital Verification Technologies (DVT) division is looking for a highly qualified Backend Software Engineer to develop various web-based frameworks & portals.

Main responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to conceptualize, design, and transform business requirements into functional products.
• Contribute within an agile scrum team to enhance features and provide customer support.
• Develop, enhance, and manage our web-based applications and framework.
• Utilize Java Spring with Hibernate for interfacing diverse SQL databases, and Angular, CSS, HTML, and bootstrap for front-end development.

Required skills, knowledge and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or computer science.
• Demonstrated proficiency in software design and architecture required for candidates with 2+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in software engineering best practices, including testing, reviews, and design documentation.
• Extensive expertise in JAVA and object-oriented programming (OOP) on UNIX/LINUX platforms.
• Exceptional programming and software engineering capabilities.
• Strong command of Algorithms and Data Structures.
• Proficient in optimizing code for improved performance and memory utilization.
• Ability to learn, explore, and innovate within complex technological landscapes.
• Self-motivated and disciplined, capable of consistently pursuing personal goals in a dynamic setting.
• Highly developed communication skills conducive to idea presentation and knowledge sharing.
• Bonus: Experience with HDL languages like VHDL and Verilog is advantageous!
