Responsibilities:
- 為客戶提供售後服務，包括醫療設備安裝、保養、維修、零配件及耗材更換，服務專線回應，非工作時間候傳與提供操作員基礎疑難排解訓練
- 確保客戶滿意度，優化醫療設備影像品質
- 高效率的資產管理，如維護零件取件退回流程與工具管理
- 處理服務報告、工時輸入等行政任務，以準確、及時的工作效率投入客戶服務工作
Requirements:
- 大學以上醫學工程、電子或電機工程、資訊工程等相關科系畢- 具(醫療)儀器相關維護或維修經驗者尤佳
