Job description
As part of a country / vertical or region Services organization, manages one services project or several unrelated services projects driving customers value realization. Execute the project(s) within the defined targeted outcomes, such as financial, schedule, scope, and quality, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Act as a key point of contact for Sales, Presales, Engagement Managers, Services Management, customer success manager, and the success of the project. Works under self-management to manage projects of medium to high size and complexity that could be part of a program. May mentor key project team members."

Required Experience & Qualification:
0-2 years of overall experience
0-2 years in Release Management – preferably for SaaS customer
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, MBA (or equivalent work experience).
Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Release Planning:
Collaborate with stakeholders to generate and maintain a release schedule as per the release priority & other defined criteria
Define release scope and objectives, including feature sets, deliverables, and dependencies.
Coordinate with development, QA, and Deployment teams to plan release milestones.
Release Coordination:
Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams involved in the release process.
Ensure that release activities align with the established schedule.
Release Validation:
Verify validation results to ensure the release meets quality standards.
Deployment Management:
Manage/Oversee the deployments of solution releases into UAT & production environments.
Ensure that deployment processes are well-documented and reliable.
Ensure that the rollback plans are well documented in case of issues during deployment.
Documentation and Reporting:
Publish release schedules to internal & external stakeholders.
Provide regular status reports on release progress and issues.
Escalation & Risk Management:
Escalation Handling for Release Schedules or Release Reviews
Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the release schedule or quality.
Develop contingency plans to address unexpected issues.
Post-Release Activities:
Monitor the release in the production environment to identify and address any post-release issues.
Conduct post-release reviews and gather feedback from the customer & internal teams for process improvement.
Compliance and Standards:
Stay informed about regulatory and compliance requirements related to software/solution releases.
