Job Description

Title: Associate Engineer - Configuration Management
Location: Gold Hill, Bangalore, India
Organization: SHS DC IND DI-SY RECM1
Mode of employment: Fulltime

What are my responsibilities?
Experience with ALM - Microsoft Team Foundation Server minimum 3-6 years, that covers Administration, defect tracking, source code control, requirement management and build automation.
Automation of existing CM processes and introduction of better automated CM processes
Perform, monitor and track configuration management activities
Responsible for generation, distribution and retention of software items and ensure data security as per the company guidelines
Generate software builds/packages as per project requirements
Exchange of Software elements
Making the software binaries and packages available to the team
Providing the integration environment
Installation and administration of configuration management tools
Ensure data security as per the company guidelines
Evaluate new tools and technologies for development process
Imparting training on Configuration Management activities to team members

What do I need to qualify for this job?
Qualification : BE/B.Tech/MCA
Experience: Around 3 to 6 years of industry experience

Experience, Knowledge and Skills?
Strong in development knowledge : C# and scripting language like Power Shell, Phyton etc
Version ControTool: Team Foundation Server 2017
OS: Microsoft Windows Server 2012/2016 R2, Window 10 64-bit
Compilers: Microsoft VisuaStudio 2012/2015/2017, Java
Tools: MSBuild, Jenkins, Sonar, Klocwork, FXCop, Checkmarx, Fortify etc
Packaging Tools: Wix, InstalShield 2015, Wise Installer
DB: Microsoft SQServer 2014
Ability to learn and adopt to the Environment.
Good analyticaand problem solving skills
Good Team Player
