We are looking for Associate, Digitalization, and IT with the focus with the position based out of Iselin, NJ. We will consider candidate living in Plano, TX or Atlanta, GA metro areas.
You need to have a proven track record showing outstanding performance and continuous development and are interested to grow and also work outside of your area of expertise (e.g. in other practices or regions).
Responsibilities:
- Identify key risks in Siemens’s digital environments (e.g. SAP ERP, S/4 Hana and other IT-Systems) that form the backbone of our company, major IT transformation projects, new digital products and business models.
- Design and execute comprehensive audits following the agile audit methodology to address identified risks
- Independently drive assurance objectives, define and align conclusions and recommended improvements to drive change in the organization.
- Foster innovation, develop and promote digital use cases that increase coverage and overall assurance in cooperation with our data analytics team
- Participate in meetings with Senior Management and drive discussions about observations, conclusions and next steps from the engagement.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional experience within a technology company or respected assurance/consulting firm or Siemens.
- BS or BA from an accredited school
- Fluent English is required with the ability to speak, write, read and interpret documents.
- Technical savvy and possess the ability to provide assurance over new digitalization initiatives and emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication skills
- Travel up to 30% including internationally.
- Ability to work in a hybrid working culture.
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Economics,
- Certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, etc. are beneficial.
- Ability to communicate in additional language.

- The pay range for this position is $86,800 – 148,800 along with an incentive bonus of 10% structure. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
