What part will you play?

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Area Sales Professional to join our team, focusing on the electrical products SI-EP as well as in the system and solution business within SI-EA (Electrification and Automation), covering:

  • Low and medium voltage switchgears
  • Protection technology for medium and high voltage systems
  • Substation automation and control systems for energy technology

In this role, you will be responsible to plan sales volumes and potentials for our customers in the assigned region. Using CRM for forecasting and planning, you will analyze market conditions and build a strong network of stakeholders. Identifying opportunities for local product and service solutions, you'll prepare and negotiate proposals, coordinate assignments, and contribute to the development of After-Market business in the region. This multifaceted role requires effective collaboration and a customer-centric approach to ensure success in sales and business development.

 

What you need to make real what matters?

If you're the one we're looking for, here's what we need: Your expertise in electrical energy technology at a BAC+5 level, covering low-voltage tech, control and regulation and automation tech. Your sales experience is crucial, from selling electrical products to overseeing a sales area and engaging directly with customers.

But it's not just about technical know-how - we value additional specialist knowledge. If you can engineer system and solution concepts, manage projects, and provide top-notch aftersales support, you're the ideal candidate.

Soft skills matter too. We appreciate your teamwork, flexibility, cultural openness, good self-management, and your willingness to take on a high level of personal responsibility. Transparent, open communication is how we roll.

Language proficiency is key—fluent in both spoken and written German and English, and the ability to communicate effectively in Luxembourgish and French.
