We are looking for an Apprentice forElectrifical Products Business Unit, committed to process optimization, inMilan within the Smart Infrastructure BU area who will be trainedin 2 years as Business Improvement & Data Analytics.
During the apprenticeship you will receive acomprehensive and state-of-the- art training to develop your personal andprofessional skills and you will have the support of a mentor to achieve yourcareer steps

Your Challenge
As Business Improvement & DataAnalytics some of your main activities will be:
- Participate in process improvement projects, working alongside experienced mentors and applying Lean or other relevant methodologies.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and give the development of actionable recommendations.
- Support the creation of a culture of continuous improvement by actively engaging with team members and sharing insights and best practices.
- Assist in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
- Attend and actively participate in meetings and workshops focused on gathering input and ideas for process enhancements.
- Assist in maintaining documentation of processes, workflows, and best practices.
- Collaborate with senior team members to track the progress of improvement projects and report on outcomes.
Required entry qualifications:
- You have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Data Analyst, or a related field. Recent post-graduates are encouraged to apply.
- A strong passion for process improvement and a desire to learn and grow in a project-based business environment.
- Basic understanding of project management principles, tools, and software.
- Analytical attitude with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Passion to never-stop growing.
- Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge.
- Proficiency in English and Italian.
- Eligibility to work in Italy.
