If you are ambitious and change makes you thrive, join our team as an Application Support Specialist and analyze clinical system function and apply problem-solving techniques.

· In this position you are responsible for the application hotline in the Regional Support Center Europe for X-ray systems and Multi-modality workplaces
· Using remote diagnostics tools you work with the local service technician, the local application specialist or the customer to analyze clinical systems
· By applying problem-solving techniques, you analyze system functions, track information and add to existing knowledge
· You are responsible for the guidance by telephone of the service technicians, application specialists or customers in the clinical applications of the system
· To a certain extent, you carry out situational analyzes and application training for customers on the spot
· Furthermore, you prepare and document solutions in the RSC ticket system

This position may suit you best, if you have experience with x-ray systems as well as a good knowledge of clinical processes.

· You are educated as a Medical Radiology Assistant (MRA) or possess a equivalent education with significant professional experience with the corresponding modalities (Mammography and X-ray)
· You possess at least 3 years of practical experience with x-ray systems from Siemens, especially mammography, radiology und radioscopic systems
· You have very good knowledge of the clinical process and the influencing variables for the picture quality as well as basic knowledge/understanding of the IT and network technology (e.g. DICOM)
· You are willing to travel to a limited extent (20%) and work within flexible working time arrangements
· Excellent communication skills in English are required; Ideally you have additional skills in another European languages
· You demonstrate a high quality standard of work, customer orientation and fast perception
