Your new role – challenging and future-oriented

  • Application support for Siemens IT services(German Master Data & Payroll SAP HR System).
  • Incident Management - Provider Controlling.
  • Incident resolution within supportedapplications (incidents, queries & service requests).
  • End-to-end customer experience providing asingle point-of-contact.
  • Document all relevant application supportinformation e.g. Creation of use cases.
  • Knowledge sharing inside the team regarding theapplications and supported activities.

Your qualifications – solid and appropriate

  • Fluent in German and English (required).
  • Experience in SAP HR Systems.
  • Experience in Help Desk / Application Supportincluding handling with Incident Management Tools.
  • Experience in technical analysis regarding ITapplications.
  • Relevant ServiceNow experience is a plus.
  • Problem solving and research skills.
  • Good communication and networking skills in anintercultural environment and across all management levels.
  • Proactive in the ability to tackle problems andthink analytically.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize own tasksefficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (required).
  • IT Infrastructure library (ITIL) certificationis a plus.
  • Ability to learn customer support processes andtechniques.
  • Great teammate and proactivity.
