Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You provide basic andadvanced system trainings to the users and ensure that medical equipments areutilized with all available functions to maximum extend.  
• You act as the maincontact point for the users in application related inquiries through thelifetime of medical equipment.
• You provide refreshertrainings on both newly installed and upgraded/ updated systems.
• You support product salesby introducing new released options of products to customers.
• You act as a bridgein SHS Regional Support Center and site by escalating issues that requiresfurther investigation by the regional centers.

Your qualifications andexperience:

• Minimum 2 years ofexperience in relevant field is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree inPhysics, Physics Engineering, Electrical& Electronics Engineering, BiomedicalEngineering
• Knowledge of medical equipmentor high technology systems theory
• Male candidatesshould have completed the military service requirement

• You have goodcommunication skills both verbal and written with the ability to communicate withcustomers and staff at all levels
