Join our Subsea Business as a Design Engineer and help us re-imagine the world by finding solutions and making the world a smarter place for tomorrow.

It's a busy time for our Aberdeen site and we are looking to grow our new product line and service refurbishment options. We are on the lookout for a new Design Engineer to join our Engineering Team, where you willcreate solutions based on technical detailed drawings through CAD (electrical and mechanically biased).

We want to have people in our team who have varying levels of experience, so you might have just completed your Mechanical Engineering Degree in or indeed have many years' experience and be a well-versed design engineer- we are looking forward to receiving an application from you!

Change the future with us

·  You will design and engineer the solution to meet customer requirements
·  To define and compile assembly procedures, tooling, installation procedures, maintenance procedures, FAT test procedures, qualification test procedures, test reports, technical data sheets and procurement specifications
·  Produce CAD generated assembly and scope of supply drawings
·  Assist Customer Support with new product costing and compiling bid packages

Use your skills to move the world forward

·  You will have already gained mechanical engineering experience or a Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant discipline
·  3D CAD experience
·  Good knowledge of the basic principles of engineering with respect to mechanical systems (mechanical analysis, Forces, Moments, Stresses etc).
·  Full UK driving licence
·  It is meaningful to note there will be a significant training programme at our Ulverston site in Cumbria, so it is important that you are able to travel to this site (likely weekly blocks) for 1-2 months.
