ALMApplication Operational Support Professional
The ALM Application Operational SupportProfessional is accountable and responsible for providing core operational,automation and cloud-based solutions for applications involved in"Application Lifecycle Management" within Siemens Healthineers IT.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work with internal & external stakeholders in IT, vendors & business to collaboratively develop and drive the strategy & roadmap for the Application Operation in scope.
- Understands Application operation requirements, components, and setup to drive continuous service improvements.
- Responsible for addressing all tickets w.r.tIncident Management, Change Management & Problem management.
- Provide cloud-based solution forinfrastructure optimization.
- Responsible for ensuring service operation governancerelated to security & data protection.
- Responsible for Fulfilling Healthcarestandards like FDA, HIPPAA, Part 11, GDPR, legal, export control & customsetc.
- Strong knowledge of all ITIL processes
- Experience on migrating on prim Application toSaaS.
- Handling End to End Service Operation of SaaS &On prim Application.
- Strong understanding & Implementation ofAuthentication and Authorization methodology.
- Day to day management of Tasks across all Applicationwithin ALM
- Coordinates communication among internal andexternal Teams
- Provide senior management and servicestakeholders required weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports related to Applicationoperations and performance etc.
- Understands service requirements, components,and setup to propose Operational Roadmap and Continuous service improvements.
- Participates in internal business stake holderreview meetings (within IT & with business).
- Collaborate with business and IT leadership toprioritize, maintain, and oversee execution on infrastructure roadmaps.
- Flexibility in managing global processes andbeing available on-call for emergency situations always.
- Driving technical issues to resolution: fromqualifying the issue, to reproducing it and conducting an in-depth technicalinvestigation (being in touch with the customer and managing their expectationsall along the way)
- Administer and manage the Engineering R&Dproduction tools.

· Consuming Azure Services like Azure Managed Instance, BlobStorage, Azure Active Director, etc.
· Deploy application on web service using Tomcat, Apache, IIS,Ngnix.
· IIS configuration, website setup, windows authenticationmechanisms
SOFT SKILLS:
· Must be able to communicate and work effectively in amulti-cultural environment. Must possess the ability to collaborate remotelywith the functional teams in Germany and the USA.
· Ability to work in a dynamic agile environment.
· Must be a self-starter, capable of working with very little supervision.
· Must be capable of taking initiative, with a firmunderstanding of the final goal to be achieved.
