As an Accounts Receivable Operator, you will:

  • Support business unit(s) with oversight and performance of collection practices for active billings.
  • Identify and resolve portfolio and transaction issues as needed.
  • Develop and implement techniques, procedures, and best practices and contribute to continuous process improvement of collections.
  • Utilize systems such as SAP, Microsoft Office, CCMT or other digital collection tools to support daily tasks.
  • Adapt to the changing business portfolio customer base and support accordingly.

You will make an impact with these qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Work experience within the Siemens National Operations Center (NOC) Finance Collections Team in support of collections and accounts receivable
    • Accounts Receivable Operator: 1+ months
    • Senior Accounts Receivable Operator: 3+ years
  • Experience utilizing business management systems to support collections and accounts receivable utilizing SAP
    • Accounts Receivable Operator: 1+ years
    • Senior Accounts Receivable Operator: 3+ years
  • Experience supporting collection management requests utilizing CCMT
    • Accounts Receivable Operator: 1+ months
    • Senior Accounts Receivable Operator: 3+ years
  • High school diploma, state-recognized GED 
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in collections and accounts receivable
  • 5+ years of experience utilizing business management systems to support collections and accounts receivable utilizing SAP
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree

  • The pay range for this position is $45,400 - $72,900. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
