One point of contact for Customer Service business Segment within EA business for all MIS related activities. 

Leading and implementing various digitalization and automation intuitive for financial and other business process.

Good knowledge about SFRG, Espirit reporting

Experience & ability to interact with the auditors & regional colleagues. 

Confident in presenting things to Management. 

Good MS office skills including presentation skills. 

Develop and manage budgets and business plans for the business.

Proactively advise as well as troubleshoot and resolves abstract problems within departments and/or cross-functional areas related to segments.

Responsible for planning / forecasting / actual control cost center, budget and forecast.

Coordinating with other internal functions if necessary

Other tasks or ad-hoc work as requested by the manager and business partners in the areas of FP&A, cost and price analysis.

Analysis & corrective action of segment Profitability, SD Orders, Balance sheet and cashflow.

Working experience in SAP , MS office ,Power BI, Tableau , power query etc (Tech savvy)

Good Knowledge of Internal accounting as well as other business process, internal controls & productivity
