Job description
Dimensions of Function : CS各部署やDX, ITと共にCS全体のデジタル化を推進し、ツール要件定義や開発を行うこと。またグローバルとデジタル化の連携作業を行うこと。
Responsibility:
- 収益向上や効率化のため戦略的にCS全体のデジタル化を推進する。そのためにITツールの開発や導入を計画し、これらを実行する。Plan, Initiate, and develop IT tool solution based on strategy for all CS Service Processes in order to drive digital transformation with profitability and productivity.
- 必要となるビジネスからの目標や要件を収集分析し、業務プロセスの改善およびサポートを行う。Execute development of process enhancements and support all performance parameter where required.
- グローバルからの戦略的なITツール導入を中心になって実現する。Lead Implementation of HQ initiatives to respective CS department.
Experience, Skills and Knowledge required:
- シチズンデベロップメント(Power Apps, Power BI)、MS、SAP、PACEの知識、能力、経験 Product knowledge, skill and experience, Power Apps, Power BI / MS / SAP / PACE Know-how.
- SQLサーバーを含むデータセットへの知識, 能力,経験 Knowledge, skill and experience in working with large data sets, incl. SQL
- データ統合、変更、データ品質評価およびクレンジングの知識、能力、経験 Knowledge, skill and experience in data integration, data transformation, evaluation of data quality and data cleansing
- 要件収集、分析、精査の知識、能力、経験 Knowledge, skill and experience of Requirement collection, specification and analysis.
- 提案および変更要件（チェンジリクエスト）プロセスの知識、能力、経験 Knowledge, skill and experience of Mitigation plan and Change Request process
- CS業務プロセス、コンプライアンス対応、トラブルシューティングの知識、能力、経験 Professional knowledge, skill and experience in Service business, Compliance, and trouble shooting .
- チーム共同作業、同僚とのモチベーション共有の知識、能力、経験 Knowledge, skill and experience in managing, leading and motivating teams and individuals.
- コミュニケーション、議事録報告、プレゼンテーションの知識、能力、経験 communication, organizing, reporting, presentation capability
- プロジェクトのリーダーシップ、遂行、管理の知識、能力、経験 Project leadership, Project coordinating and management knowledge, skill and experience
- 英語による異文化コミュニケーション、グローバル作業（英語レベルについては面談時にお伺いします。）Good international and English communication skills and experience (verbal and written).
