Job description
All activities related to clearance of new and renewal Submissions and processing quoted and bound accounts including (but not limited to): policy and endorsement issuance and booking, invoicing, accounting reconciliations, client and/or broker contact, timely filing of account documentation and additional duties as required. Application of incoming funds to booked premiums, preparation of outgoing settlements and coordination on claims payments.
· Five or more years Insurance industry experience is preferred in Insurance/Reinsurance underwriting or administration.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
· Client-centered approach to job functions;
· Proficiency in MS Office applications,
· Ability to prioritize varying demands,
· Work with several Underwriters,
· Work independently,
· Ability to work in paperless environment.
Education:
· High school diploma or GED (general equivalency diploma) equivalent work experience.
· BA/BS degree is a plus.

Actual salaries may vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, role and performance. The range listed is just one component of SCOR’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $85,000 - $98,000 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives. Policy and endorsement booking, invoicing, document issuance and electronic filing; Account reconciliations; Broker/client contact for requisite documentation; account maintenance.
General tasks to include but not limited to:
· Entering of new business, renewals, endorsements into Clearance system.
· Monitor and ensure that all risks entered into Omega are correctly signed off by the Underwriter and all checklists are completed.
· Handling some aspects of administration of business generated by SCOR offices worldwide.
· Recording, monitoring and reporting of premiums and updating reports.
· Investigating differences between Estimated and Booked premiums.
· Identifying and reporting problems with the Omega database.
· Saving and indexing of records and contractual documents.
· Reviewing slips and contract documents for correctness.
· Entering of FAC R/I into OMEGA.
· Posting of received funds to contracts and settlements outgoing for Fees, R/Ps, etc.
· Coordination with Claims Dept for outgoing payments
