Experience: 

·  Previous working experience or internship in a similar environment is not required but will be advantageous
·  Strong mathematical and analytic skills
·  Previous work on similar analytical university/work projects
·  Experience in research

Required Education 

·  Currently pursuing a university degree in Actuarial Science, Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics
·  Knowledge in Excel & Programming languages will be an advantage

Key duties and responsibilities

·  Support the quarterly and annual closing process by reviewing P&C technical reserves
·  Support local statutory reporting and regulatory requirements for APAC 
·  Assist with the preparation of the quarterly and annual reserving reports
·  Support global tool/system/process enhancement projects
·  Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure successful reporting process
·  Assist in enhancing efficiency of the actuarial models 
·  Perform data cleaning and reconciliation to ensure minimum standards are met
·  Be involved in specific market studies and projects
