Job description
The Trainee Operations Analyst will work alongside the business to identify, report and track change requirements to projects, systems and operational processes to improve the consistency and integrity of processes across the SCOR and SCOR Syndicate.
Required experience & competencies
· Basic MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
· Organised, diligent & quality-focused
· Interest in & aptitude for Technology
Required Education
· 3 GSCE’s grade 4 or higher
· A-Levels or Equivalent
The Analyst will support the team in the following:
· Gathering & logging change requirements
· Tracking and management of requested changes
· Management of application access requests
· Performing annual application access reviews
· Testing of application updates & changes
· Implementation of Lloyd’s BluePrint2 initiatives
· Evidence gathering for audits (internal & external)
· Communication & management of projects
· Operational organisation (contract management, social engagement, assisting starters & leavers processes)
