The real estate and general services analyst will assist the Global Head of Real Estate and General Services in the execution of the Real Estate roadmap, including, lease acquisitions and implementation of new ways of working.

As a Real Estate and General Services Analyst Intern at SCOR  you will play a crucial role in supporting the Global Head of Real Estate and General Services in executing the Real Estate roadmap. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in lease acquisitions, process improvements, and transversal projects within the real estate domain.

 

Qualifications:

·  Currently enrolled in one of the Top French Schools in Project Management (e.g., École des Grands Projets) or a reputable Business School (e.g., HEC, ESSEC, EDHEC, etc.).
·  Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
·  Strong written and oral communication skills in both French and English.

·  Demonstrated interest in real estate and general services within the financial sector.
·  Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

 

Assist in the production of cash flows, analysis, and documentation for real estate projects, including lease acquisitions, lease surrenders, and new fit-outs for Comex.

·  Support the analysis and production of documentation for high-level transversal projects related to real estate and general services.
·  Take ownership of the real estate database, ensuring its maintenance, data accuracy, and conducting relevant analyses.
·  Participate in Request for Proposal (RFP) processes for the selection of service providers.
·  Serve as a point of contact for account managers at main brokers.
·  Follow the execution of real estate projects in SCOR offices globally.
·  Monitor and manage the budget for the real estate and general services department.
