Job description

Supporting the Head of Process Reengineering in:

·  Process reengineering and Business analysis initiatives, coordination of tasks and activity planning/follow up across all relevant parameters of global initiatives as pre-defined based on team’s priorities.
·  Working closely with the Market Teams, Global Functions, and Internal communications team, in support of ongoing initiatives.
·  Helping with the design, evolution and adoption of Process reengineering best practices and Agile Methodologies and Mindset as per the team’s priorities.
·  Supporting the coordination and set up of Workshops, meetings, and production of materials (presentations/meeting notes/follow up planning) and collaboration with all involved parties.  
·  Provide expert support in Azure Dev Ops, Power BI, and other applications (as onboarded by the Team) to enable automation and optimisation as per the teams’ requirements. Be an expert support for our Markets and Functions on Process reengineering and Agile methodologies and tools.

Experience:

·  1-2 years’ Experience in Business administration / business analysis or project management would be preferable but not essential
·  Experience in Insurance/reinsurance or/and financial services would be preferable but not essential as this is a junior role with the view to develop

·  It would be beneficial but not essential : Microsoft Power Automate, Azure Dev Ops, Power BI, Tableau
·  Able to learn fast and utilise new technologies

 

Required Level of Education :

·  University graduate 
·  Strong A Levels holder

 

 

 

Main missions :

·  Organisation and coordination of meetings, workshops and internal (and external) events
·  Gather and produce appropriate documentation to support business analysis and gathering of information to support the creation of business cases and studies as defined by the Head of Process Reengineering CoE
·  Production of documentation (presentations, workflows, meeting minutes, etc.)
·  Activity planning follow up and documentation
·  Administrative tasks relating to the coordinated change management workstream, Business Process reengineering, Management and Operational Optimisation initiatives
·  Participation in meetings and workshops, responsible for the organisation and documentation of follow up actions and activities
·  Support in report production and visualisation (i.e. Power BI)
·  Updating regularly the Process Reengineering materials (training guides, change management, etc.) and communicating appropriately messages across the organisation
