Job description
This team assistant will be involved in marketing related support such as client event support, arrangement, management of reception area and handle expenses and billing cycles.
Experience:
· Prefer to have administration work experience
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
· Good at Microsoft PowerPoint and excel
· Must be able to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
Marketing related support
· Client list management
· Client event support and arrangement. [BN party, Client Work Shop and Client gift management]
· Client meeting arrangement
· Marketing event support [Client seminar and market seminar arrangement, overseas seminar]
· Client request filing and distribution
· Assists in planning and arrange events
· Manage reception area and looks after visitors
· Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents
· Handles expenses and billing cycles
· Monthly staff expense report and requests
· Overtime work report
· Monthly staff expense filing and report for approval. Expense and reporting to the local manager
- Communicates with relevant agencies to produce travel itineraries for employees.
- Consolidating team’s weekly projects and filing reported documents
- Arranges meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms and planning refreshments.
- Manages correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail.
- Maintains stock lists and office supplies as needed.
