Job description
Required Education:
· Pursuing undergraduate or graduate degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
· Passed at least one actuarial exam.
Experience:
· Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge and skills with the ability to problem solve
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
· Understanding of advanced Excel functions
· Strong computer skills including learning new software and Microsoft Office products

· Analyze seriatim and other data for use in preparing mortality and lapse studies
· Analyze mortality and lapse study results and assess their usefulness for pricing or other purposes
· Analyze product, underwriting, or other company information for any influences on mortality, historical and prospective
· Study the factors which influence insured mortality and their relative effect
· Handle other tasks, as needed, to accomplish the goals of the Experience Analysis team or other actuarial functions
