Our Team:  

The role of Allergy Intern (focus on our purple brand named Allegra/Telfast/Allevia/Telfastin depending on the country) for western europe is suited to consumer-oriented, performance driven, communicative & analytical candidates who are passionate about consumer healthcare and want to be a contributor to drive short and mid-term executional excellence to make Sanofi become the best Fast Moving Consumer Healthcare company in & for the world.

This position will work in a very dynamic & international team: hand to hand with the Western Europe Brand Manager & in close collaboration with the Zone team (other brand managers and brand lead) & colleagues from the local markets key functions: Sales, Shopper, Performance,  Innovation, Medical, Regulatory & Supply. The person in this position may be the responsible to support the brand manager with some of the Western Europe markets (could be UK or Spain + Portugal + Greece or Switzerland + Austria + Belgium) and may also transit from one to another.

Consumer Health Care is a key business unit for Sanofi playing an important role in the company’s roadmap.

Being a very dynamic business, the Consumer Health Care unit operates worldwide with attractive levels of both short and midterm growth and with highly known brands.

Today CHC is undergoing major changes and evolving very fast, being the perfect opportunity for dynamic and result oriented professionals who are willing to evolve and learn fast.

The role of Allergy Marketing Intern will work in the CHC Western Europe area, specifically for the very well-know & loved brand Telfast/Allegra/Allevia/Telfastin in the western Europe zone.

Main responsibilities:  

1/ Support developing & implementing consumer campaigns

·  Support in the development of creativities (TV, Digital etc.) & promotional materials (Project management: retro timing, briefing, rounds of feedbacks, delivery)
·  Supervision (download, changes, reviews, alignment, approval) of promotional materials in local and Health Authorities systems.
·  Support on the purchase order of promotional and creative materials and tracking A&P

2/ Tracking & Analysis of sales

·  Tracking & Analysis of the market & competition
·  Tracking & Analysis of the media plans
·  Tracking and analysis of promotional actions

3/ Participation in sales meetings

·  Define key messages, create presentations, and be able to present during the meeting

4/ Build Transversal and External Relationships

·  Build working relationships with key local stakeholders and agencies developing a strong knowledge of market and business needs and ensuring clarity in communication.

About you  

·  Education: Business School or Bac +MBA is a plus (ideally with focus on marketing)
·  Languages:  Fluent in English. Fluency in any of the following languages is highly valued: French, swiss-german, Italian
·  Professional Experience and specific knowledge:
·  Good level of MS Office applications (Excel, PPT essential)
·  Experience in FMCG / OTC company is not a must, but highly valued
·  Expected Professional competencies & Personal skills:
·  Proactivity and excellence in the work delivered
·  Result orientation and problem-solving
·  Analytical thinking
·  Project management (be able to organize & follow up projects)
·  Ability to adapt quickly to changing strategies and priorities
·  Ability to adapt to an international team and be able to have a report line based in other country
·  Communication skills
