About the job

As the Marketing Assistant of regional Brand & Innovation team, you will lead the execution of assigned marketing, innovation & digital projects to deliver upon set category strategies and objectives, in close relationship with the regional internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate would be a highly motivated, eager to learn and hungry to make a positive impact to the business.
You will be exposed to various aspects of marketing, across a wide variety of countries in Europe & LATAM which will allow for the development of core marketing skills to enter into innovation or brand management.

Duration: 6 months

Location: Neuilly

Main Responsibilities

·  Support the Europe & LATAM marketing team with smooth execution of brand plans and selected marketing initiatives, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure flawless implementation.
·  Amongst possible missions : Assist in brand visual & packaging development, collaborate in regional innovation idea generation from product concept to testing, collaborate in acceleration of digital consumer journey on major European & LATAM brands, monitor and report on brand media performance,   assist with social listening projects to identify new opportunities for brand innovation and communication
·  Lead brand digital performance analysis and propose corrective action plans to the region & countries.
·  Budget monitoring, tracking marketing expenses & invoice management – and recommend corrective actions
·  Organize workshops, event activities, community calls, including internal & external cross functional team meetings.

The team / Key Relationships / Stakeholders

Team: The Europe & LATAM marketing team is composed of a Brand & Innovation Lead and a Platform lead. As the Marketing assistant, you will be working with jointly and separately with the 2 other members of the team pending the project assigned.

Internal: Countries (especially Europe & LATAM):   Marketing, Medical, Digital, R&D, regulatory, Innovation, Procurement, Consumer/Market Insights

External: Communication & design agencies, digital media agencies, partners

About you

Desired Profile :

·  1-2 years professional experience
·  Ideally Junior/Assistant Brand Management experience within FMCG/OTC categories;
·  Business/Marketing degree qualified, preferably MBA;
·  English professional fluency mandatory – Other language (FR) appreciated

Desired skills :

·  Dynamic, results-oriented individual with a "hands on" style
·  Adaptable to a fast-paced, high-growth, changing environment
·  Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
·  Competent in use of Microsoft Office suite of software, including Microsoft Power Point and Excel
·  Ability to establish network fast. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
·  Strong Project management skills - ability to manage in parallel projects effectively
·  Can-do attitude, pro-active,
·  Curious and eager to learn
·  Fluent in English
