Job description

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

PLEASE NOTE that applications that are only submitted in French cannot be considered by our non-French speaking partners at Sanofi worldwide.

Therefore, only applications that are submitted in English will be considered.

We are looking for: Public Affairs Vaccines (Poland & CSE MCO) - VIE Contract (W/M)

Target start date: 01/04/2024

Responsibilities:

·  Support of the development and implementation of public affairs (PA) strategies for different vaccines’ therapeutic areas
·  Support the PA Vaccines Lead in organizing company’s interactions related to PA vaccines’ topics with internal and external stakeholders
·  Supporting the process of contracting and cooperation with industry organizations, think tanks, NGOs, and patient associations
·  Monitoring and keeping of the records on PA activities and projects
·  Collecting and processing information in Public Affairs
·  Stakeholder mapping in new therapeutic areas
·  Support in preparing documents
·  Preparing materials for meetings with key stakeholders (including parliamentarians)
·  Support of the coordination and participation in key Public Affairs projects
·  Preparing and proofreading texts in English
·  Administrative and organizational support for work (operating corporate systems, organizing business trips and meetings, preparing meeting reports, budget control)

Requirements:

·  Master’s in public health, pharmacy, economics, medicine, law
·  Experience in Public Affairs/Patients Advocacy
·  Personal culture, reliability, very good communication, and interpersonal relations skills
·  Team-player, innovative, creative, adaptable in complex situations, able to handle pressure and commit to deadlines
·  Deep loyalty and confidentiality
·  Responsibility, ability to set priorities and act in accordance with the highest ethical standards
·  Computer literacy: good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook
·  Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
·  Communicative knowledge of the Polish language will be a plus
