Handle all salary related activities , such as
· Collecting all monthly details: working hours, time off, sick days, incentives and bonuses, personal expenses, car gross up, meals allowances, etc.
· Calculation and reports for authorities – taxes, social security, mandatory health insurance, etc.
· Calculation and report for health insurance, education funds, etc.
· Calculation and report for accruals- severance, pension plans, etc.
· Handle employees queries, specific requests, etc.
· Test and control of monthly salaries
· Generate salary slips and send to employees
· Upload salary payments to the bank 50% Bookkeeper, main responsibilities:
Processes supplier invoices and employee expense reports , as well as related payment activities, in accordance with company policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations. Management of petty cash/
