The Position:

We are looking for a people orientated and high-energy Operations Coordinator to oversee administration and coordination support to the Manufacturing sites’ Operations and senior leadership team by ensuring that all information and support functions are maintained and Communicated in an efficient manner.

Main responsibilities:

· 
Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Operations and Senior Leadership Team including diary management and travel requirements

· 
Performance data collation and monthly reporting to allow for Managerial interpretation and action in monthly team meetings

· 
Responsible for coordinating meetings, conferences, recording minutes and distributing in a timely manner

· 
Invoicing for site utilities and labour hire adhoc SLT expenses

· 
Uniforms– ordering, delivering, invoicing, budgeting control and supplier reviews

· 
Engagement – assisting with positive morale & culture building

· 
Events coordination – promotion and planning of all site events – family day, Christmas events, engagement committee events

· 
Communications - coordinate all site communications including monthly newsletter, team meetings, Yammer updates

· 
Coordinate projects for the Virginia site

· 
Prepare documents including word processing, power point presentations; excel reports, etc (including training manuals, documents etc).

· 
Raising of Purchase Requisitions in SAP purchase orders and goods receipts

· 
Minutes from meetings (distributed, recorded and agenda items followed up)

· 
Work with management to provide and maintain systems of work that are safe and without risks to both workers health and the local environment.

About you

Experience and skills

· 
Previous administrational experience ideally in Manufacturing/ FMCG

· 
Experience in invoicing, internal communications, formatting, purchase orders and diary management

· 
Technical skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Word along with SAP

· 
Excellent communication skills to engage and collaborate with senior level stakeholders

· 
Organisational and time management skills to prioritise

· 
Positive attitude and culture advocate

· 
Someone who seeks continuous improvement and likes to think outside the box
