Job description


Visit and maintain city-level VIP clients within the region, classify the clients into A-E levels for effective management, and visit district and county CDC clients to ensure smooth supply channels


Handle business matters related to importers' direct supply to CDC, such as coordinating importers to sign contract with the directly supplying CDC, manage orders, product flow direction and inventories, and coordinate CDC to make payments to importers


Coordinate preparatory works for provincial bidding invitations, and coordinate visits to and communications with city and district-level bid evaluation experts


Manage and coordinate Shenzhen factory, Taizhou company and importers in line with the Company's marketing strategy to establish and maintain supplying channels within the jurisdiction, including channel development and coverage, annual sales target setting, monthly procurement amount and storage management and product flow direction; accomplish the expansion of terminal coverage and the implementation and supervision of the Company's commercial policies


Closely cooperate and timely exchange information with the sales and marketing department, coordinate the sales team to accomplish product access to the region, ensure smooth product supply, and support the execution of sales strategies


Effectively communicate with principal CDC decision makers, provide sound after-sales services and added values, get to know the main market information and make timely and accurately reports


Coordinate Shenzhen factor and importers to make quick responses to clients' claims for returning products and handling product damages


Timely submit various work reports and precisely accomplish temporary tasks on time; emphasize relevant knowledge learning to improve the quality and skills and meet the Company's business development requirement;


Meet the Company's appraisal requirements, including visiting days, visiting frequency, visiting time, number of visits to key clients, client coverage rate and visits to key clients




·  Bachelor's degree or above, or major in related specialties preferred


Experience & knowledge:

·  Over 2-year experience in medicine and OTC marketing or related frontline sales


·  Business working experience preferred


·  Experience with transnational companies a plus


Core competencies:

·  Honest and dedicated with demonstrated communication and negotiation skills and a strong sense of customer service, strong team and self-motivated spirit, and proven learning, executive and trouble-shooting ability


·  Basic English skills, computer-savvy
