Job description

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

PLEASE NOTE that applications that are only submitted in French cannot be considered by our non-French speaking partners at Sanofi worldwide.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:

Global Field Excellence Officer for Customer Relationship Management - VIE Contract (W/M)

The Global Field Excellence Officer (GFEO) will be responsible for supporting key projects to accelerate the implementation of the Vaccines global commercial strategy.

Key responsibilities:

The GFEO will assist in identifying, developing and replicating best practices as well as developing analytical tools and systems to support data-driven decision making. More specifically GFEO will assume CRM (Customer Relationship Management) responsibilities, that is:

·  Helping ensure countries optimize their usage of the CRM in alignment with global guidelines pertaining to the:
·  Sanofi Pasteur Vaccines CRM core model
·  Customer Segmentation & Targeting (CS&T) global methodologies
·  Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) KPI (Key Performance Indicator) harmonization initiative
·  Developing training programs for country end-users (SFE managers and field resources) on the usage of the different modules in alignment with the aforementioned global guidelines, methodologies and initiatives
·  Establishing and adequately communicating guidelines on CRM usage
·  Collaborating with the Sanofi Information Technology department to gather, monitor and triage country requests
·  Providing key input to the Global and Regional CRM governance committees; contributing to ongoing assessment and prioritization of region and country needs
·  Supporting the CRM country deployment based on the CRM and business knowledge/expertise gained through priorities mentioned above

Candidate's profile:

·  Education: university degree, majoring in Business/Commercial education, Engineering or other Science field
·  Experience: CRM fluency; project management skills; reporting and data management experience would be a plus
·  Soft skills: integrity, tenacity, resilience and adaptability in complex situations and an often changing environment; ability to handle pressure and commit to deadlines; analytical and problem solving skills; quality of thought process and ability to communicate steps clearly; ability to collaborate with technical colleagues (IT), marketers and sales representatives; communication skills and ability to translate data, analyses into business trends/outcomes and vice-versa
·  IT tools: MS Office (Excel fluency is appreciated), any BI (Business Intelligence) tool is a plus
·  Languages: fluent English; French is a plus
