The rotation program:
Within the Digital & Data team you will have the opportunity to work on two assignments based in two separate locations: first year in Bridgewater (USA), and the second year in Warsaw (Poland).
You will be assigned a mission as a business analyst and support Scrum master for Omnichannel marketing digital products such as: Sales Force Marketing Cloud, Web Platform and Authentication and consent management.
Main responsibilities as Business Analyst :

Develop business value proposal using a deep understanding of business processes and technology to help business stakeholders achieve their desired outcomes

Work with Digital and Business stakeholders to elicit requirements and capture business needs (digital demand management); understand the customer journey, and define user requirements feeding into global product features evolution backlog
·
Engage with Digital and Business stakeholders and help analyze risks of various solutions and prioritize competing business demands
·
Support business customers to make use of technology and data, driving adoption of the digital products
Main responsibilities as Scrum M aster
·
Assist at coaching and mentoring teams in adopting agile principles
·
Help guide the development of the product team with a sustainable cadence
·
Analyze impediments and help foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement
·
Support communication between product team (PO, Full-Stack Developers, UX/UI) & business stakeholders
·
Facilitating Scrum Events
About You:
·
Master‘s Degree preferably in Digital or any other field
·
Some experience in working with Product owner and development team
·
Previous experience in working with product management would be highly preferred
·
Ability in adopting agility and implementing agile practices
·
Agile Mindset and Practices (beginner)
·
Project Management & planning (intermediate)
·
Analytical mindset
·
Advanced Excel user
·
Good knowledge of MS Office suite (e.g. Power Automate would be an asset)
·
Excellent English communication skills
·
Problem-solving skills and ability to facilitate collaboration
·
Knowledge of Agile methodology would be a plus
·
Knowledge of PowerBI and Jira are a plus
